CNPC works with clients to provide support and guidance to help them achieve optimum performance in their chosen sport. This process involves establishing realistic and practical nutrition and body composition goals and then using the latest evidence-based research to educate and empower the individual to achieve these objectives whilst also benefitting their health, fitness and performance. This process will involve:
- Completion of a client pre-screening questionnaire including the establishment of goals to assist you to get the most out of the initial consultation.
- An initial consultation (30-45 mins)
- Understanding your current physical activity level through the completion of a 3-day physical activity assessment. This will ensure that an accurate assessment of your energy needs is established to enable a customised eating strategy to be established.
- Completion of a 3-day diet recall to enable an accurate analysis of your current eating habits to be completed along with a nutritional profile of your current diet being established.
- Following the analysis, you will be provided with detailed feedback on the nutritional changes required to enable you to achieve your goals. Recommendations will be realistic, practical and suited to your preferences to ensure that eating remains enjoyable.
- At the completion of this process a one-week diet plan will be established within a suitable time frame.
- A review consultation (30 mins) to see how you have responded.
Note: Clients also have the option of purchasing the follow-up package (3 x 30mins) if additional support is required. Additional diet plans can also be purchased.
