Nutrition is fundamental to optimal performance. Failing to implement a nutrition strategy can result in an impaired performance and failure to achieve your goals. My competition nutrition plans are individualised eating plans that address the before, during and recovery strategies for your chosen event. What you eat in the hours and days before your competition can be the difference therefore my plans will equip you with practical strategies that will combat those factors which result in a decline in performance including glycogen depletion, hypoglycaemia, dehydration, hyponatraemia and gastrointestinal issues.
