Following completion of a pre-screening questionnaire, this consultation includes individualised nutrition strategies and interventions to help you meet your nutrition goals. This consultation will include a sample 7-day meal plan.

A standard review consultation to see how you have responded.

Subsequent reviews are useful for monitoring your progress and can include meal plan adjustments, accountability and nutrition coaching.

This service provides clients with the opportunity to complete a detailed diet and physical activity assessment to assist in the establishment of a diet that is realistic in achieving health improvements through weight-loss. 

 This service provides the knowledge and advice needed to improve your dietary habits and health for your gender and current stage of the lifecycle. 

This service includes and initial consultation, diet + physical activity assessment and a follow-up consultation.

A competition nutrition plan is an individualised eating plan that addresses the before, during and recovery strategies for your chosen event. 

 A ‘Training and Recovery’ nutrition plan is based on the latest scientific evidence and is individualised and periodised to suit your training plan.  It includes the development of a specific detailed one week meal plan.
